The Dean of Students at Gammite Enterprises / Gammite Foundation plays a vital leadership role in supporting student development, college readiness, and family engagement. This position works closely with program leadership to design and implement student-centered initiatives, coordinate college access programming, and support organizational operations. The Dean of Students serves as a bridge between students, families, schools, and higher education institutions, ensuring students are informed, prepared, and supported on their postsecondary journey.

The Future Forward Coordinator is responsible for guiding students toward their postsecondary goals through comprehensive college readiness, mentorship, and academic support programming. This role ensures students are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and relationships needed to successfully navigate middle school, high school, and the transition into college and career pathways.

People & Purpose Coordinator
The People and Purpose Coordinator helps bring the mission to life by supporting both the people who serve and the young people we serve. This role blends people operations, policy development, and hands-on youth empowerment, ensuring students are prepared for life beyond the classroom while staff are supported by clear, values-driven systems.
This position plays a key role in shaping culture, building pathways to success, and helping students show up confidently in professional and collegiate spaces.

Director of Rhythm & Step Culture
The Director of Rhythm & Step Culture is a dynamic leader responsible for coaching, mentoring, and managing middle school and high school step teams. This role blends creativity, discipline, and mentorship, ensuring students excel not only in step performance but also in academics, leadership, and personal growth. The Director will design original step routines, develop show concepts, and guide students through local and national competitions while maintaining strong communication with school leadership and organizational executives.
